Damoa Gong #14 The Tiger Stretching

  1. From a standing position, kneel with your left heel raised and touching your buttocks.
  2. At the same time, stretch your right leg out toward your right side while keeping it straight. Do not touch the ground with either knee. Try to keep the bottom of your feet on the ground. Both feet should be pointed directly to the front.
  3. Raise your arms up with your palm facing up as well. (Same as Damoa Gong form 1)
  4. Breathe from your diaphragm into your middle stomach. Hold your breath for 5 seconds.
  5. Return to the original posture as you exhale. Repeat 6 times on the right and left side.
  6. Focus your eyes directly to the front or up toward your raised hands.
