Damoa Gong #5 Passing Eternal Knowledge
- Open your feet as wide as your shoulders with toes pointing to the front. Bend your knees moderately while grabbing the ground with your toes firmly. (Damoa Gong form 2, step 1)
- Drop your arms down toward the ground. Fully extend all your fingers and push the palm of your hands toward the ground with your middle finger pointing backward. Your hands/palm/arm should be at 90 degrees.
- Keep your body straight but do not lower your shoulders while pushing your arms and hands downward.
- Slowly inhale from your diaphragm. Hold your breath for 5 seconds as in previous forms.
- Relax your hands as you exhale. Repeat this 12 times.
