Your right toe should be barely touching your left knee. Your hamstring should be parallel to the ground. # Using the thoracic diaphragm, breathe slowly through your nose. At the same time, raise your arms and extend the palms upward facing the sky. Your hand/waist/arm should be at 90 degrees angle. # Fully extend your fingers. Keep your arms straight up. Your middle fingers from both hands should be touching. # Inhale from your diaphragm while raising your arms. Hold your breath for 5 seconds similar to previous forms. # Relax and bring your body to its original position. Repeat this 6 times each with your right and left legs. # Your eyes should be looking either directly toward the front or up. == Benefits == This form enhances your muscle strength in the middle part of the body.
