Damoa Gong #12 Princess Flying to the Moon
- Stand upright, feet together. Raise your right foot to the rear and up. The bottom of your foot should be facing up.
- While raising your right foot, raise your left hand with the left palm facing up.
- With your right palm touch and hold the sole of your right foot. Your palm and the sole of your right foot should be facing each other, both pointing toward the rear.
- Breathe from your diaphragm and make sure your right hand and right foot have solid contact. Hold your breath for 5 seconds as in previous forms.
- Return to your original posture while breathing out and relaxing the body. Repeat 6 times on the right and left side.
- Focus your eyes directly on the raised hand.
