Damoa Gong #2 Twin Dragons Greetings
- Open your feet as wide as your shoulders, the toes pointing to the front. Bend your knees moderately and grab the ground firmly with your toes.
- Raise your arms toward the front to the same height as your shoulder.
- Fully extend all your fingers and push the palm of your hands out. Your hands/palm/arm should be at 90 degrees as shown in the picture.
- Starting with your middle fingers pointing up, first turn your hands toward the outside as far as you can while breathing air in deeply from your diaphragm. Hold your breath as described before.
- Slowly turn your hands back so your middle fingers are pointing up again while breathing out. Relax your body during the process.
- Now repeat the same process described above while turning your hands to the inside.
- Repeat this process 6 times to the outside and 6 times to the inside.
Benefits
This form is very beneficial to any chronic shoulder injures and persistent pains in your elbows, hands, and lower back.
